Our return policy is simple – if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. However, a $5 reduction cost will be applied to the product being returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@bodomakeup.com and they will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Please note that the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and we are not able to refund the original shipping cost. Also, for international customers, we are not able to refund any additional taxes or duties that may have been charged. The $5 reduction cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
